Our Coaching Programs
The GentryRun Coaching Program is designed for individuals at the very start of their running journey who are ready to improve their fitness and embrace a healthier lifestyle. Led by running coach Tyvon Gentry, this program helps beginners gain the confidence, conditioning, and structure they need to make running a sustainable part of their lives.
Through the foundational Project Rundown framework, clients will work closely with Tyvon to set personalized fitness goals, learn essential running techniques, and build stamina gradually, all while avoiding injury and burnout. Each participant begins with a paid fitness assessment, which helps to shape a tailored roadmap that meets their unique needs and starting level.
Whether aiming for a 5K or simply seeking a way to stay active, the GentryRun Coaching Program supports clients in building a strong running foundation, enhancing their fitness, and fostering a lasting love for the sport.
